If your rat(s) are deemed very ill by a veterinarian or develop serious health issues within the first two weeks of ownership, you will receive a full refund. However, we are confident that our babies are high quality and healthy enough for this to not even be a concern at all! It's our priority to produce healthy, long-living pets so that you can spend as long as possible with your new friends. We also ask that if any issues come up, you contact us, as we have lots of advice to give and can do our best to help you work through anything you're struggling with.
